About the New Board Members
Tony Hadjiloucas
Tony Hadjiloucas is Head of Limassol Office of PwC (effective 1/7/2026) and Partner in charge of Private Wealth Services, where he advises high‑net‑worth individuals and families on wealth structuring, family office services, residency and domicile, trusts, estate and succession planning, family governance, philanthropy, and the management of complex international assets. He brings over 25 years of experience in financial advisory services, including senior roles with PwC in multiple jurisdictions and approximately a decade in London leading valuation and strategy advisory teams. Tony has also served as a visiting lecturer at leading international business schools and contributed extensively to thought leadership in the family office and private wealth space.
Sara Gunnervik
Sara Gunnervik is a Partner at KENDRIS (Cyprus) Limited and an experienced legal and corporate governance professional, active in Cyprus since 2003. She has extensive expertise in cross‑border transactions, corporate reorganisations, restructurings, and international financings, and has previously served as Head of Legal for international service providers and Director of Client Services at TMF Cyprus. Sara is also an Executive Director of a regulated entity, holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.), and is actively involved in business and professional associations, contributing to corporate governance and international business development initiatives in Cyprus.
