Theo was a Partner at PwC Cyprus for over 20 years and for the last 10 years he was a member of the Management Board heading Tax & Legal services. Theo took early retirement from PwC on 30 June 2022 and together with another two ex PwC partners has founded Kiteserve Limited, a boutique professional services firm. Theo started his career in London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and then moved to PwC Cyprus. He has vast experience in business consulting, tax planning and corporate compliance, transaction support and group restructurings, as well as wealth management and family office services to high net worth clients.

Andrey is the founder of LEON MFO Investments. Prior to starting Leon, he was a head of Wealth Advisory practice in PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before that Andrey worked as an attorney in Inchcape, the Coca-Cola Export Corporation and Ernst and Young. Andrey graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and holds LLM degree in EU law. Andrey also received executive MBA from the Fuqua School of Business. In addition, Andrey has TEP qualification and he is a holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate.

Liakos has been working with PwC for 36 years, starting his career in London from 1986 to 1992. He took early retirement on the 30th of June 2022 and together with another two ex-PwC partners has founded Kiteserve Limited, a boutique professional services firm. He has extensive experience in auditing and business advisory services with a client portfolio of local and international companies. Liakos served as a Member of the Board of Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA), the Council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus and of the Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition.

Spyros Vassiliou is the Vice-Chairman of Invest Cyprus (the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency) and the Vice-Chairman of CIFA (Cyprus Investments Funds Association). He is a law graduate from the City University of London and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. He is the Founder of the Law Firm Spyros Vassiliou & Associates LLC with headquarters in Cyprus.
With more than 15 years of experience in both the Legal and Financial sectors, Spyros is a business-intelligent lawyer with investment-appetite decision making and priority on striving for excellence and high achievement.

Sara Gunnervik is a Partner at KENDRIS (Cyprus) Limited and an experienced legal and corporate governance professional, active in Cyprus since 2003. She has extensive expertise in cross border transactions, corporate reorganisations, restructurings, and international financings, and has previously served as Head of Legal for international service providers and Director of Client Services at TMF Cyprus. Sara is also an Executive Director of a regulated entity, holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.), and is actively involved in business and professional associations, contributing to corporate governance and international business development initiatives in Cyprus.

Tony Hadjiloucas is Head of Limassol Office of PwC (effective 1/7/2026) and Partner in charge of Private Wealth Services, where he advises high net worth individuals and families on wealth structuring, family office services, residency and domicile, trusts, estate and succession planning, family governance, philanthropy, and the management of complex international assets. He brings over 25 years of experience in financial advisory services, including senior roles with PwC in multiple jurisdictions and approximately a decade in London leading valuation and strategy advisory teams. Tony has also served as a visiting lecturer at leading international business schools and contributed extensively to thought leadership in the family office and private wealth space.
