The official launch of F.O.C. Family Office Connect Cyprus took place yesterday during a focused event held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol, marking the establishment of a specialised network for Family Offices with the ambition to position Cyprus as a premier hub for their set-up and operations.
The event was opened with welcome remarks by Mr. Theodoros Papperis, Chairman of the F.O.C. Board of Directors. Keynote speeches followed by Mr. Stavros Stavrou (President of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry – CCCI), Mr. Evgenios Evgeniou (Chairman of Invest Cyprus), and Mr. Kyriacos Michaelides from Alpha Bank, who highlighted Cyprus’ strategic position as a competitive jurisdiction for the establishment and growth of Family Offices within a favourable regulatory and investment environment.
During the presentation, F.O.C. outlined its mission to advance a tailored legal and tax framework aligned with international best practices. At the same time, it aims to actively support the relocation of international Family Offices to Cyprus by providing access to appropriate infrastructure, premium services, and a high quality of life.
The event concluded with a networking reception, offering guests the opportunity for meaningful exchanges and the creation of new partnerships.
